Prom Dress Giveaway
Turning Points invites you to come "shop" at our community office, try on some dresses, and find the one that's perfect for you!
The giveaway will be hosted at CUA 9 located at 3901 Market St. Philadelphia, PA 19143 (right next to 40th street station).
