David is a leadership officer with expertise in strategy, corporate and foundation relations, executive management and nonprofit leadership. He has established and led several government entities in Philadelphia.. David has held the position of Deputy Managing Director, City of Philadelphia, and served as Senior Vice President of United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania, prior to joining Turning Points.

Cydney has over a decade of management experience in human services including work in behavioral health, education and child welfare. She currently oversees operations of CUAs 9 & 10 covering West and Southwest Philadelphia, as well as Turning Points’ residential services at The Bridge. Cydney is a Philadelphia native with Master’s degrees from Temple University and St. Joseph’s University.

Eartha Holland brings to the Turning Points for Children team more than 20 years of sales and development experience. Eartha left a successful career in the casino industry working with high net worth clients, where she was recognized as the company's top producer for a record ten years. She was nominated for the Carl Icahn Community Service Award and received the Carl Icahn Best Team & Best Team Leader Award during her tenure. Eartha has a wealth of experience in relationship building, special events and raising funds for local, national and global projects.

Seth has over fourteen years of finance experience working in multiple area within the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, retail and non-profit industries. His hybrid background allows him to be an effective financial officer. He has been with Turning Points for over seven years and as a lifelong Philadelphian, is passionate about the communities we serve.

Stephanie Barnett Jamison joined Turning Points for Children in 2019 to lead efforts to create a supportive, inclusive, and trauma-informed organizational culture. She worked as a behavioral health clinician and administrator for over 18 years before transitioning to focus on program design & development, organizational development, participatory leadership, workforce development and adult learning. Prior to Turning Points, Stephanie was the Organizational Learning & Development Manager at Mental Health Partnerships where she developed an organizational assessment tool for recovery-oriented organizations and provided technical assistance and consulting to community-based mental health providers. She also co-led a project to implement a peer support program for women incarcerated at Riverside Correctional Facility in Philadelphia and managed a SAMHSA funded peer-led homeless outreach and support team. As the Clinical Director of Salisbury Behavioral Health, Stephanie led the creation of two Assertive Community Treatment Teams serving the residents of the Lehigh Valley and Pocono Mountain Region. Stephanie also used her expertise in crisis de-escalation to train police officers as a member of the Northampton County Crisis Response Team. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience from DeSales University and a Master of Social Work from Marywood University.
