Community Umbrella Agencies are part of a citywide initiative known as Improving Outcomes for Children, led by the Philadelphia Department of Human Services.

Turning Points for Children recently transitioned CUA 3, 5 9 and 10 to new providers. Please find the new providers’ contact information below. If you are currently receiving services, you can continue to work with your existing case manager. If you need additional support or have questions, please reach out to the new provider or the call the Department of Human Services (DHS) hotline: 215-683-6100, option 1.

FAWN is fighting food insecurity in neighborhoods where we serve.
Our pantries provide families with a stable source of fresh produce, meat, diary products, and non-perishables.
