Advocacy builds our foundation of support through case management services, individualized one-on-one support, and the provision of leadership opportunities for program graduates.
- ELECT: Education Leading to Employment and Career Training offers case management services to pregnant and parenting teens to help them stay in school, graduate, enroll and continue to post-secondary opportunities.
- One-on-One: Parent education groups that go a step further to offer individualized support.
- Leadership development: graduates are eligible to apply for internships that help them build skills in program outreach, recruitment, facilitation and evaluation.
Mastery encompasses the belief that any parent – whether biological, adoptive, foster, extended family members, young or old – is capable of being a nurturing, caring provider. Our parent education curriculum offers the insight to help build knowledge, skills and the confidence to do so.
